Dilara B. Pisciotto, Esq.
About
Dilara Pisciotto is an Associate Attorney with a diverse international legal background. She has experience representing clients before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), handling a broad range of immigration matters.
Dilara was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2015, where she practiced corporate, intellectual property, labor, and immigration law, as well as litigation.
Dilara earned her Master’s degree from City University of New York, specializing in International Crimes and Justice. Building on her international legal experience, she successfully passed the California Bar Examination in 2023 on her first attempt, an accomplishment achieved by only a select number of foreign-trained attorneys each year.
In addition to her legal practice, Dilara is actively involved in mentorship and legal education. She has led symposiums guiding foreign-trained law graduates on navigating the U.S. legal system and bar admission process, and she continues to mentor aspiring attorneys who seek to build legal careers in the United States.
As a first-generation immigrant, Dilara approaches immigration law not simply as a legal practice, but as a deeply personal and transformative process. She is committed to advocating for her clients with both legal precision and genuine understanding of the life-changing impact immigration matters carry.
