Odalys Villa

Odalys Villa is an Associate Attorney with KKTP. She graduated from St. Thomas University Benjamin L. Crump College of Law in May 2023, earning both her Juris Doctor degree and a Certificate in Immigration Practice, highlighting her dedication to immigration law. During her third year of law school, Odalys was a legal intern at USCIS where she worked on family-based immigration cases and naturalization issues. Prior to law school, she interned for two consecutive summers at Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Office of the Principal Legal Advisor.  

Inspired by her parents, who are Cuban immigrants, Odalys has a personal understanding of the challenges faced by immigrant families. This connection fuels her passion for immigration law and her commitment to helping her clients navigate the complexities of the U.S. immigration system.
