Dominique Pando Bucci advises multinational organizations, startups, and foreign individuals in the areas of complex business and family immigration law, consular processing, and naturalization.

Dominique assists business owners, investors, executives, and individuals of extraordinary ability in the arts, sciences, and business to relocate to the United States and provides guidance to foreign nationals who seek to be reunited with their U.S. families. She counsels international clients in obtaining both non-immigrant and immigrant status, including through E, F, H, L, O, P, TN, EB-1, EB-2, National Interest Waiver, PERM labor certification, and EB-5 investment petitions.

In addition to her immigration law experience, Dominique has represented multinational companies conducting business in the United States in a variety of corporate law matters, including incorporating businesses, advising clients regarding state and local license requirements, and drafting corporate governance documents, employment contracts, and purchase and sale agreements.

Dominique speaks on immigration issues at the local and national level. Her articles have been published by the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and by Law360 as Expert Opinions. She is the Chair of the Business and Investment Committee of AILA South Florida.

Dominique earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the Florida International University College of Law, where she graduated fifth in her class and served as Editor-in-Chief of the FIU Law Review. She is a German Chancellor Fellow of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, and she studied comparative law in Spain and Germany. Dominique was born and grew up in Germany and is fluent in German and Spanish and conversant in Italian.
