Maria Andreina Piselli
Biography
Maria Andreina Piselli is an associate attorney at Kurzban Kurzban Tetzeli & Pratt, P.A., where she represents multinational organizations, startups, foreign athletes, artists, and individuals in all areas of immigration law. Maria focuses her practice primarily on employment-based, investment-based, and family-based filings with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Department of State (DOS), and the Department of Labor (DOL). Maria prides herself in being an immigrant herself and going the extra mile to help her clients achieve their immigration goals and needs.
Maria graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in May 2022. While in law school, Maria participated in the University of Miami Law International Moot Court, where she competed in MootMadrid (a fully Spanish international arbitration competition). Maria was also a student- intern in the Immigration Clinic from 2020-2021, where she primarily focused on asylum cases and represented foreign individuals in the Miami Immigration Court, earning her the 2021 Dean's Certificate of Achievement Award. During her time at the University of Miami, Maria also served as the President of the Immigration Student Association and served as a research assistant for Professor Rebecca Sharpless.
