Martha Rodriguez obtained her J.D. from Pace University School of Law in 2015. While at Pace University, Martha was the president of the Latinx Law Students Association (LALSA) and worked at the International Union for Conservation of Nature at the United Nations. Martha worked on environmental immigration and policy for SIDS. As an associate attorney at Kurzban Kurzban Tetzeli & Pratt, P.A. she primarily represents foreign individuals in the areas of employment and complex family-based immigration, consular processing and naturalization.

 Born in Cuba and once a refugee,  Martha has organized legal panels nationwide to raise awareness on immigrant rights and cultural issues surrounding immigration , including business practices, education, and the sharing of ideas and art. Martha was a speaker for Wynwood TedX, where she shared her story on the “The Finished Product” of immigration. Prior to joining the firm, Martha worked on policy in Cuba with Airbnb and consulted for various startups nationwide. Martha is an active member of the Cuban American Bar Association and she represents individuals across a broad range of specialtie.
